GRAPHIC DESIGNER

SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative ideas and concepts in choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the Company’s brand direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactive and responsive in delivering high-quality works that support the team and the Company
• Create graphic content, manage and maintain image library
• A committed team player producing high-quality artwork across multiple touch points, digital and print
• Proper documentation and systematic archival of all artwork files
• Development of new design concepts and ideas via a graphic that appeals to target audiences
• Responsible for the production of artwork, both in-house and/or via vendors
• Research, analyze, create and produce visual solutions
• Work closely with the Directors/Operation leaders to develop collaterals, materials such as posters, banners, and other design needs to achieve desired results
• Creating works according to the brand image, brand position, design criteria, corporate guidelines and any other creative and art direction as provided by the Company
• Other adhoc duties/ projects assigned by superior or senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in Marketing/Graphic Design/Arts or related field

· At least 2-3 years’ experience in Graphic Design

· Ability to think creatively/outside the box

· Proficient in design tools, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent command of written and spoken English

· High level of efficiency, initiative, meticulous with an eye for details and multi-tasking ability

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timeline

· Portfolio must be presented as a reference for design capabilities
