Design

• Conceptualize, design and manage the production of a wide range of marketing materials and toolkits that support/include digital advertising, newsletters, posters, exhibitions and displays, events and corporate identity, eDMs, social media, visual merchandising and premiums/merchandise.
• Work closely with Marketing team to design in line with overall marketing strategy while working within a graphical standards styleguide, ensuring creatives are on-brand and proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Contributing ideas, thinking creatively while defining the design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
• Work with a wide range of media, including photography.
• To communicate and work efficiently and effectively with suppliers, printers and promotion partners.
• To communicate and develop briefs to communicate design support initiatives to club teams.

Marketing (secondary role)

• To assist the Marketing team in the execution of some Marketing activities including promotions and events and provide administrative support for the department including stock reports where necessary.
• To provide and co-ordinating marketing support for selected Fitness First clubs.
• Training and development guidance will be provided.
• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Graphic Design.
• Creative and skilful at conceptualizing and producing artwork for all media including including print and digital media.
• Adept at Mac design software especially Adobe CS Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong communication, project, traffic, time and budget management skills.
• Able to communicate well with suppliers, printers and promotion partners.
• Prior experience working on client side and experience with digital/eDM design will be an advantage.
• Marketing qualifications/experience are not necessary but will be an advantage.
• Excellent work ethics and attitude, highly self-motivated, organized and pays strong attention to detail.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, is meticulous, a team player yet independent, able to multi-task, work fast and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly self-motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
