Graphics Designer (Events, Exhibitions, and Spatial Design)

We are currently open to hiring for both senior and junior roles.

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Graphic Designer to support our events and exhibitions projects. In this role, you will design visually impactful assets for physical and experiential environments, ensuring cohesive branding across venues, booths, and promotional materials. You will work closely with event managers, production teams, and clients to translate concepts into engaging on-site experiences.

Roles and responsibilities

• Design graphics for exhibitions, trade shows, and live events, including booth panels, backdrops, signage, wayfinding systems, and stage visuals.

• Create marketing collateral such as event branding, digital ads, social media visuals, invitations, and event microsites.

• Adapt creative concepts to large-format print production, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, materials, and resolution.

• Collaborate with event planners, fabricators, and vendors to ensure designs are feasible and executed correctly on-site.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and oversee production processes, including vendor coordination and quality checks.

• Support on-site setup when required, ensuring visual consistency and troubleshooting design-related issues.

• Maintain brand consistency across multiple events and client projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in events, exhibitions, or experiential design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing large-format design, environmental graphics, or event branding work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Active use of AI in the creative process, including the ability to prompt, refine and build on outputs to support concepts is a plus.

• Solid understanding of print production processes, materials, and file preparation for large-scale outputs.

• Ability to visualize designs in physical spaces (3D thinking is a strong advantage).

• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work under tight timelines and adapt to last-minute changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Communications or related field

• Knowledge of motion graphics for event screens and digital displays.

• Experience with 3D spatial design tools (SketchUp or 3D Max) is a plus.

• Familiarity with experiential marketing or spatial design.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel and support on-site event execution.
