Group Accountant (Finance)

The Group Accountant plays an integral role in the Finance Division. He/She will be responsible for preparing the Company and Groups’ accounts, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting standards as well as performing financial analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for preparing Company and Group accounts


• Maintain group consolidation template for the company and its subsidiaries


• Handles and resolves intercompany differences


• Financial and management reporting


• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements


• Perform financial analysis and maintain financial and key operational statistics


• Involve in system implementation


• Undertake any other duties assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS

• Honours Degree in Accountancy or CPA, ACCA or equivalent accounting professional qualification


• Minimum 2-5 years of accounting/auditing (including consolidation) experience


• Demonstrated experience in aviation industry would be preferred


• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite


• Knowledge of SAP and BPC will be an advantage


• Highly adaptable individual with ability to work and communicate across functions


• Ability to work independently and take initiatives

Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive levels depending on experience and qualifications
