Group Finance Manager (Consolidation & SGX)

The Company

Our client is an SGX-listed company with diversified investments across real estate. Infrastructure sector globally. With further business expansion plans, they are currently recruiting for a Group Finance Manager to cover the global consolidation and reporting for the group level and also preparing all the SGX reporting, compliance.


The Role

Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the group level consolidation of over 100 entities across their global business which include real estate, infrastructure sector. You will also be the main in-charge preparing the SGX reporting and management reporting matters for the management team. Most interestingly, you may be involved in system migration projects and drive strategic investment and divestment projects in the region.


Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must be

• A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in audit and consolidation
• Prior audit background in Big 4 will be a plus
• Relevant industry in Engineering/Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction is preferred
• Chinese speaking is required to liaise with China counterpart stakeholders.
• Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders
