MOVE [REPEAT] is a collective of specialist fitness lifestyle brands — operating across multiple markets in Asia and beyond. We have the foundation, the brands, and the ambition. What we're building now is the architecture for the next phase of regional growth.
That's why we're hiring a Group Head of Growth.
This is not an execution hire. It's an architecture role. The person we're looking for will define our expansion strategy across all three modalities currently represented in the group and the brands behind them — building the commercial frameworks that make growth at scale possible, and then going and closing the opportunities that take MOVE [REPEAT] to where we know it can go.
One seat at the table. Group-level scope. Real consequences.
But here's the non-negotiable: you need to have done this before, in Asia. Not observed it. Not advised on it. Done it. Proven, hands-on experience growing fitness lifestyle brands — or a premium consumer lifestyle category — across Asian markets is the baseline. You know the region, you have the network, and you understand what it takes to build something that actually sticks market by market.
We're not looking for a consultant. We're looking for a builder — someone who thinks at a group level and operates in the field. Someone who closes, not just advises. Someone who genuinely cares about what the brand stands for, not just the deal.
With the right person in this role, a growth team gets built beneath them. This is a platform role.

The Role in a Nutshell:
The Group Head of Growth is the most strategically critical hire MOVE [REPEAT] will make in the 2026-2027 period. This is not an execution role - it is an architecture role. The person in this position will define the growth strategy across all three of our brands, build the commercial frameworks that make regional expansion possible, and then go and find, qualify, and secure the partners and opportunities that will take MOVE [REPEAT] from a Singapore-headquartered operator to a genuine APAC movement platform.
Working directly with the CEO and in close partnership with each brand's General Manager, the Head of Growth will lead the group's expansion across three distinct mandates:
Across all three mandates, the Head of Growth will work closely with each brand's General Manager to assess the feasibility of growth markets at both a market level and a unit economics level. This role carries a clear expectation: the person hired will both define the strategy and deliver the outcomes. We are not looking for a consultant. We are looking for a builder.
