Job Description:
A pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of multiple outlets across Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Outlet Manager sand Aestheticians to provide exceptional service, uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction, and achieve overall sales targets and revenue goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Outlet Managers and Aestheticians.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork,growth, and a commitment to excellence.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure that all outlets operate efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze outlet performance metrics,such as revenue,customer satisfaction, and staff productivity, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with Outlet Managers and Operation Manager to optimize scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
Sales Target and Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed overall sales targets and revenue goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue maximization.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Customer Service and Quality Assurance:
- Uphold and enforce the company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality aesthetic treatments.
- Address customer feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively, working with the team to find solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Training and Development:
- Implement training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of Aestheticians and Outlet Managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain cutting-edge and in line with market demands.
Budget and Financial Management:
Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and manage budgets for each outlet. Monitor financial performance, identify cost saving opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field(preferred). Proven experience in a managerial role within the aesthetic or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends is a plus.
- Solid communication & presentation abilities in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking Aestheticians and Outlet Managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
