Growth Marketing Manager - Hiring Now

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on the customer journey to devise and execute strategies to drive business growth in revenue and customer base across all digital channels. You will also manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, from organic, paid and direct, ensuring maximum return on investment.

This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to interpret data to formulate and execute growth marketing strategies and continuously run experiments to find new ways to acquire customers and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement digital growth strategies for the business.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels and consumer touchpoints, including but not limited to CRM systems, SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement across the funnel.
• Oversee ad developments, testing, and analysis for performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth efforts with broader company objectives.
• Prepare and present forecasts and regular reports on growth performances to senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketers, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in growth marketing, and leverage insights to drive innovation and experimentation.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Proven track record in driving successful optimizations to reach and engage customers through digital marketing acquisition and conversion.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation setup, and SEO tools.
• Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
• Expertise with Google Analytics, performance dashboards and basic SQL.
• Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
• Past experiences managing teams of 1-2 members.
• Passion for mobile performance marketing with a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
