Guest Experience Manager

Salary: $2600 - $3500 (with AWS )

Location: Bugis MRT

Working Hours: 6 days work week 

Day Shift (10am to 10pm or 11am to 10pm) – Spilt shift

Job Descriptions

• Report to the Restaurant Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
• Set up the restaurant meticulously for opening
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Extend warm welcomes to arriving guests, fostering a positive dining environment.
• Demonstrate menu expertise to offer informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
• Proactively engage with guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs, ensuring exceptional service.
• Conduct quality checks during meals, promptly addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism 
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow and timely orders.
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Address guest complaints with professionalism and discretion, escalating when necessary.

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
• Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assertive and adaptable, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Strong team player with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails is advantageous.
• Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in hotel or fine dining concepts will be advantageous.
