Job Scope:

Guest Relationship 

• Maintain friendly and diplomatic interaction with all guests entering the restaurant or bar.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service consistently.
• Document reservation details accurately, including time, date, covers, guest name/room number, and contact information.
• Allocate tables from the reservation book before meal periods.
• Communicate effectively with Management.
• Know all menu items thoroughly.
• Prepare and check tables before service, clear and reset them afterward.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of restaurant tables, chairs, floors, and service stations at all times.

Server

• Familiarize yourself with daily reservations and set up stations for service.
• Follow established SOPs during service.
• Check with guests regarding food allergies.
• Enhance guest experience enthusiastically.
• Sell wine and know pouring techniques well.
• Manage guest checks and interact as an expert.
• Regularly assess the room atmosphere and communicate with supervisors.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts of service ware.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Candidates with HORECA/Hospitality or related experiences will have advantage 
• Entry level are welcome to apply
