HAIR SALON MANAGER

Overall store management: Responsible for formulating the daily business hours, service procedures and standard operating procedures of the salon, ensuring efficient operation of all processes.

Environment and equipment: Maintain the overall environmental hygiene of the store, supervise the disinfection and hygiene of hairdressing tools, and ensure that the salon meets health and safety standards.

Appointment scheduling: Optimize the front desk appointment system, reasonably allocate the schedules of hairdressers, and increase customer occupancy rate and turnover rate.

Membership management: Maintain the relationship with VIP customers, handle customer complaints and disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate.

Marketing promotion: Plan in-store promotional activities, or conduct online promotion and brand publicity in combination with social media and local life platforms.

Expand customer sources: Analyze competing products in the surrounding market and consumer demands, actively develop new customers, and expand the brand influence of the salon.
