HAIR TECHNICIAN / STYLIST

·      Perform a full range of hair services and treatments, including styling, colouring, highlighting, and professional hair/scalp treatments with head/neck and shoulder massage.

·      Assist and work with Director Stylist.

·      Provide professional consultation and recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.

·      Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase client retention, including proactive pre-booking of appointments.

·      Actively develop new clientele and contribute to business growth.

·      Adhere strictly to salon policies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

·      Candidates with an existing client base will be an advantage.

·      Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation at all times.

·      Ensure all hair tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilized after use.

·      Skills or experience as a scalp therapist will be a strong advantage.

Working hours: 10.00am – 7.00pm on weekdays and weekends, according to the Monthly Duty Roster.

Entitled to 6 off days per calendar month. Annual, Medical and Hospitalization Leave provided.

Basic monthly salary plus tiered commission scheme.

No S Pass quota. Singaporean, PR or Malaysians (WP) only.
