We are looking for a Head Bartender to join our team!

As a Head Bartender, we rely on you to:

• Drive and maintain high standards of alcoholic beverages and service in the outlet 
• Be knowledgeable of the wine and beverage list and offer recommendations to customers based on their preferences
• Develop wine/ beverage strategies as well as managing slow moving items
• Manage the inventory of all materials and supplies
• Implement effective measures to improve costs control

Requirements:

• People & Customer oriented
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a hotel
