Head Bartender #Urgent

Our Client, in the F&B Industry located in Ochard has opening for Head Bartender.

• Staff Management :Hire, train, and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and other bar staff.
  Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
  Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  Foster a positive work environment and team spirit.
   
• Customer Service :Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  Interact with guests to provide a welcoming experience and promote the bar's offerings.
   
• Beverage Program Management :Develop and update the beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  Experiment with and introduce new drink recipes.
  Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends and industry standards.
   
• Inventory and Stock Management :Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling supplies.
  Conduct regular stocktakes and manage costs to minimize waste and theft.
  Ensure all beverages are stored and served according to safety and quality standards.
   
• Financial Management :Monitor and analyze bar performance, including sales and expenses.
  Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  Prepare and manage the bar budget.
  Handle cash, transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
   
• Health and Safety Compliance :Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards.
   
• Marketing and Promotion :Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the bar and its offerings.
  Plan and execute bar events, promotions, and special offers.
  Engage with customers through social media and other marketing channels.
   
• Equipment Maintenance :Oversee the maintenance and repair of bar equipment and fixtures.
  Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and arrange for repairs when necessary.
   
• Training and Development :Provide ongoing training for bar staff on customer service, beverage preparation, and safety standards.
  Encourage staff development and career growth within the establishment.
