Role Summary
Lead the ship agency business, ensuring efficient vessel operations, strong customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee port calls, vessel clearance, crew changes, and husbandry services.
• Manage relationships with shipowners, charterers, port authorities, and service providers.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and service quality.
• Manage budgets, disbursement accounts, cost control, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Lead and develop operations and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Proven ship agency experience, including senior management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of port operations, maritime regulations, and agency finance.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time-critical operations and support a 24/7 business.
