Head of Business Operations, Global Business - Opportunity to Make a Difference

We are looking for Head of Business operations, Global Business to join us. 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our business operations, enabling:

• Continued adoption of our silicon Photonics solutions
• Continued improvement of our revenue and profitability
• Integration of product features and expanding our portfolio

Requirements:

• To succeed in this exciting role, we expect you to have demonstrated tangible results in several of the following areas:
• Generation and conversion of new opportunities into sustainable business
• Understanding long -term market demands and short-term trends
• Developing trustworthy long-term partnerships (in your segment) is mandatory
• Proficiency in deriving and crafting commercial deal terms and conditions is desired
• Developing tools to forecast and support 3-year business plan is preferred
• Proven record of making good deals for both business and customer
• Synthesizing main sales target with timeline and prioritization is preferred
• Understanding high-level IP roadmap (with requirements) for Cloud Providers is preferred
• Proven record of maintaining structure and focus part as part an evolving business
• English proficiency is mandatory, multicultural organization leadership preferred 
• Experience is driving partner projects in 5G, Edge AI, Data center markets is desired
• Proficiency with program management (and issue-tracking) tools is mandatory
• Proficiency with negotiating and executing program plans, including acceptance criteria
• Experience in managing (contributing to) Profit & Loss or cash flow requirements
• Minimum 10 years experience in semiconductor (or related market) is mandatory
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) with semiconductors is desired
• The position will be located in Singapore
