Role Summary

A strategic leadership role overseeing Cash Management Operations, responsible for managing high-value remittance, RTGS, and Payment Services across multiple markets with a focus on operational excellence and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team delivering remittances, payments, and investigations
• Execute strategies to optimize operations and maintain robust risk and control frameworks
• Champion process improvements and automation using data analytics and GenAI
• Ensure risk, compliance, and audit readiness aligned with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of wholesale banking operations experience
• Strong leadership in risk management and operational controls
• Deep understanding of sanctions screening and banking regulations
• Proven track record in process re-engineering and data-driven transformation
