Role Summary

A strategic leadership role overseeing Cash Management Operations, responsible for managing high-value remittance, RTGS, and Payment Services across multiple markets with a focus on operational excellence and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and inspire team delivering remittances, payments, and investigations
2. Execute strategies to optimize operations and maintain robust risk and control frameworks
3. Champion process improvements and automation using data analytics and GenAI
4. Ensure risk, compliance, and audit readiness aligned with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

1. 15+ years of wholesale banking operations experience
2. Strong leadership in risk management and operational controls
3. Deep understanding of sanctions screening and banking regulations
4. Proven track record in process re-engineering and data-driven transformation
