Head of Corporate Services

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Corporate Services to lead and oversee the full spectrum of corporate secretarial and corporate administration services for offshore entities across multiple jurisdictions, including the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Cayman Islands, Seychelles, and other international financial centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of corporate services professionals, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality services to an international client base. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise in offshore corporate administration, and the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the Corporate Services team, overseeing daily operations, resource planning, workload allocation, performance management, and staff development.
  2. Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate secretarial and corporate administration matters, including company incorporations, restructurings, corporate actions, statutory filings, dissolutions, and ongoing governance requirements.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including annual filings, maintenance of statutory records, economic substance requirements, and jurisdiction-specific regulations.
  4. Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, registered agents, legal advisers, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with an international portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private investment structures, and multinational corporate clients, particularly across North Asia and other key markets.
  6. Provide strategic advice and practical guidance to clients on corporate administration, governance, and compliance matters while ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests.
  7. Oversee the maintenance, security, and integrity of corporate records, legal documentation, and confidential client information.
  8. Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives, implementation of best practices, and enhancement of internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  9. Ensure effective client communication and service delivery by maintaining clear documentation of instructions, action plans, responsibilities, and timelines.
  10. Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends, assessing their impact on clients and internal operations and implementing necessary changes.
  11. Support business development initiatives, client onboarding activities, and the expansion of corporate services offerings.
  12. Contribute to the development and enhancement of corporate services policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and service standards.

Requirements

  1. CSIS qualification, Degree in Law, or other relevant professional or tertiary qualifications.
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate secretarial, corporate administration, or corporate services, with substantial exposure to offshore jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, and other international financial centres.
  3. Proven leadership experience with responsibility for managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
  4. Strong technical knowledge of offshore corporate structures, corporate governance principles, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance requirements.
  5. Demonstrated experience servicing international clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients across North Asia and other regional markets.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, regulators, and professional intermediaries.
  7. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Commercially minded with a client-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service standards.
