Head of Food Service Sales

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company’s profit & cost objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and performance management.
• Establish and optimize sales processes and workflows to ensure efficient lead conversion and maximize sales opportunities.
• Lead channel development planning and execution for Food service: growth building blocks, channel profitability. Top 500 customer growth, active customers, key categories (Meat & Seafood, Dairy) growth, key establishment growth (hospitality, restaurant, bakery) and category penetration.
• Lead the development and execution of volume /price, trade promotion, customer development plans.
• Contribute to assortment planning in Food Service.
• Stay In touch with external customer visit by Food Service team to understand customer needs, customer feedback and the current trends.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 15 years sales experience with proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets. Experience in Food Service would be a plus.
• Degree in Business Management or its equivalent. Master’s degree would be a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the sales landscape.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales performance analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
