Head of Investment Relations

Critical role based in Singapore, working directly with the CEO to drive investor communications, support fundraising initiatives, and position the business for future capital markets activity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead investor relations efforts and manage communication with current and prospective investors
2. Support fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, materials preparation, and execution
3. Build and maintain relationships with international investors and stakeholders
4. Partner closely with the CEO on investor messaging, positioning, and engagement strategy
5. Contribute to the company’s long-term capital markets readiness and external narrative

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Background in corporate finance, investment banking, or equity research
2. Strong executive presence and ability to engage credibly with senior investors
3. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
4. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
5. Working Chinese language capability is mandatory, due to the need to liaise extensively with Chinese investors
