Our client is a leading healthcare services provider looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to lead the overall care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations while maintaining high standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. This role will also lead operational transformation, quality improvement initiatives, and the adoption of technology to enhance the resident experience

Responsibilities:

• As the Head of Operations, you will oversee all operational, administrative, and business functions of the operations.
• You will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and quality standards, while driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency and resident care.
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare partners, referral sources, residents, and their families, to strengthen partnerships and support business growth.
• You will also lead and develop multidisciplinary teams by coaching, mentoring, and building staff capabilities, while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
• In addition, you will oversee quality improvement initiatives by analysing operational data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
• You will be responsible for planning and managing operational and capital budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring the operations operates efficiently and sustainably.
• You will also prepare operational reports and performance updates to support management decision-making and organisational goals.

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree
• Has at least three years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in healthcare and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector will be an added advantage
• You should possess strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to lead teams, drive organisational change, and deliver operational excellence.
