Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Build, manage and coach a team of experienced recruitment consultants
- Design and lead recruitment projects within their aligned business areas
- Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice and internal policy compliance
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that upcoming requirements can be met within budget and timeframes
- Maintain an up to date working knowledge of Recruitment industry in order to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders
- Provide input on commercial policies and contracts
- Collaboration with globally affiliated teams within the group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HRM
- Strong work experience in a similar role
- Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others
- Fluent English mandatory
- Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit and driven for growth and expansion
