Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the growth and operations of multiple enrichment centers, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and policies to maintain consistency across centers.
• Monitor center performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the center's budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and efficient resource allocation.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative programs to meet the evolving needs of students and parents.
• Recruit, train, and supervise center managers and staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Proven experience in management, High EQ, matured, exemplary leadership and management skills are essential.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
