Head of Student Care

Main job responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets: In charge of leading the centre's team to achieve the centre's sales target. Provide financial and centre reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Delivering Service Excellence: Ensure safe transfer and supervision of students from school to centre and oversee the safety and well-being of students in the centre. Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of centre according to SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
•  Building Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders (i.e. management, parents, external parties), including conducting centre tours and handing enquiries.
•  Delivering Operational Excellence: In charge of managing the facilities, resources and equipment in your centre. Includes planning and managing class timetables as well as teachers’ schedules.
•  Leadership and team management: Establish open communication, coach and mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork. Set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedback, and give due recognition to boost the team's motivation and job satisfaction.

Requirements/ Qualifications: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• Min. 2-3 years in this industry, management experience preferred.
• Student care related course certificates will be advantageous.
• Ability to teach primary school subjects will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Meticulous, organised, and responsible. 
• Strong ability to multi-task
