NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced senior contract recruitment leader to drive the growth and expansion of our Technology Contract Recruitment business across Southeast Asia.

This role is responsible for leading the development of contract staffing solutions across Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider ASEAN region, with a focus on technology, digital transformation, software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure hiring.

The position requires a commercially driven individual with deep experience in technology contract recruitment, contractor workforce solutions, and business development. The successful candidate will operate in a senior 360 leadership capacity while contributing to the strategic growth of the regional contract recruitment function. The successful candidate will operate in a senior 360 leadership capacity while contributing to the strategic growth of the regional contract recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new contract recruitment opportunities within technology-focused organisations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Generate new business through market mapping, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Drive account growth through expansion of existing client relationships and cross-selling of contract solutions. Key Responsibilities

Contract Recruitment & Talent Delivery

  • Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle from requirement qualification through to placement and onboarding.
  • Source and engage technology professionals across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Conduct interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure successful placement outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future client demand.
  • Deliver against client SLAs, hiring timelines, and workforce requirements. Contract Recruitment & Talent Delivery

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in technology contract recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions.
  • Proven experience in the Singapore contract recruitment market.
  • Strong understanding of contractor management and contingent workforce models.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Experience managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of technology hiring markets across Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia.
  • Experience within multinational recruitment or workforce solutions organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Required Experience & Qualifications
