We are looking for Head of Technology to drive the overall direction of our business unit technology initiatives to support business growth. Responsible for overseeing and driving the technological vision, strategy, and execution within business unit. The role combines strategic, operational, and managerial responsibilities related to technology development, innovation, and infrastructure.

• Serve as a key point of contact for technology-related matters, providing regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities

Qualities We Value 

• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including roles such as Architect, Technology Officer, Head of Engineering Technical Director, or equivalent
• Experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models or other emerging technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link new technology decisions to company strategy and market opportunities
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with user stories and relevant business cases
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
• Singaporean Only
