*Exciting senior mandate for a Head, Operations Excellence (Banking)*

Seeking a seasoned leadership individual, to spearhead the operational excellence, workforce planning, governance, and productivity transformation across their digital business establishment.

Overseeing budget and headcount planning, optimizing resource productivity, defining operating models, and advancing intelligence and automation capabilities to improve delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

Workforce Productivity & Resource Optimization

  1. Develop frameworks to measure and improve engineering and delivery productivity
  2. Drive initiatives to optimize team capacity, utilization, and throughput

Strategic Planning & Financial Governance

  1. Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles covering budget, headcount (HC), and cost optimization, Track and optimize resource allocation vs delivery outcomes
  2. Manage financial governance across Build portfolio, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities

Operating Model & Ways of Working

  1. Define, document, and continuously improve operating model, governance structures, and ways of working for the digital business
  2. Establish standardized processes to improve consistency and execution, drive adoption of agile, DevOps, and scalable delivery practices

Intelligence, Automation & Transformation

  1. Lead implementation of productivity tools, dashboards, and automation solutions
  2. Drive data-driven decision making through management reporting, metrics, and predictive insights

Requirements

  1. Min. 18 years of experience inBanking Financial Services, Digital platforms, Operations, COO office, transformation, or program governance roles
  2. Proven track record in Budgeting, HC planning, and cost management, within technology / digital transformation environments, driving operating model design and workforce optimization
  3. Strongstrategic thinking with execution capability
  4. Sound understanding of: Technology delivery models (Agile / DevOps / digital build environments), Productivity metrics and operational KPIs
  5. Experience with automation, analytics, and management reporting tools
