Healthcare Assistant

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Healthcare Assistant:

Job Responsibilities:

• Accompany and assist clients in moving safely between designated points, including the drop-off area, rehabilitation gym, and centre premises.
• Provide support upon clients' arrival to help them settle comfortably.
• Serve meals and supervise mealtime to ensure dietary needs are met.
• Assist and monitor clients during scheduled activities and programmes.
• Provide minimal assistance for toileting needs when required.
• Support clients during rest periods after lunch.
• Facilitate clients mobility and ensure their safety during movement.
• Accompany clients to and from therapy sessions.
• Conduct and assist with group activities or programmes under the guidance of therapists.
• Participate in internal training sessions for skills enhancement and service improvement.
• Stay familiar with the centres fire evacuation procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shared spaces and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum secondary-level education.
• Certificate in Healthcare Support or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrates patience, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to support elderly or mobility-impaired clients safely and respectfully.
• Willingness to participate in continuous training and development.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,200 + AWS + VB
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week (8.5 hours per day)
