Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the operational, clinical, and business functions of a growing multidisciplinary healthcare organisation. This role combines leadership, clinic management, patient care, practitioner development, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple healthcare clinic locations and corporate healthcare sites.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of healthcare practitioners and administrative staff.

• Conduct patient consultations, musculoskeletal assessments, and clinical evaluations.

• Develop personalised wellness, rehabilitation, and preventative health recommendations.

• Deliver holistic wellness care through patient education, movement coaching, injury prevention strategies, exercise prescription, and lifestyle recommendations.

• Collaborate with healthcare practitioners to develop comprehensive patient management plans.

• Participate in workplace health screenings, ergonomic assessments, and corporate wellness initiatives.

• Develop and implement operational procedures, quality assurance measures, and service delivery standards.

• Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, practitioner utilisation, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate practitioner scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance development.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referral partners, and healthcare stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for business growth, service expansion, and operational improvement.

• Assist with strategic planning and implementation of new healthcare programs and services.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare, Business Management, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Sports Medicine, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role within a chiropractic clinic, physiotherapy clinic, rehabilitation practice, sports medicine clinic, or multidisciplinary healthcare organisation.

• Applicants must have direct experience owning, operating, managing, or leading a chiropractic, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary healthcare clinic.

• Demonstrated experience managing healthcare practitioners and support staff.

• Experience conducting patient consultations, musculoskeletal assessments, clinical evaluations, and developing patient management plans.

• Experience delivering holistic wellness care, rehabilitation planning, patient education, exercise prescription, and preventative health strategies.

• Proven experience developing operational systems, clinical workflows, and patient service initiatives.

• Experience managing corporate healthcare programs, workplace wellness services, or healthcare business development activities is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, clinic locations, and healthcare programs simultaneously.
