Hedge Fund Operation Role

Roles:

Back-Office Operations:

1. Perform trade position and P&L reconciliation
2. Update portfolio positions and IPO allocations
3. Prepare NAV reports and generate estimated NAV
4. Conduct checks on stock borrow positions, large shareholdings, and short positions
5. Support FX hedge rollovers and adjustments

Administrative Support:

1. Prepare and process expense claims
2. Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director
3. Handle general administrative duties

Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher qualification
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
3. Preferably with back-office experience in a fund management company
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
5. Japanese language skills are not mandatory, but fluency in Japanese is an advantage and may command a higher salary

※Hybrid Working Arrangement (2 Days a week WFH)

※Working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

※Holidays aligned with the Japanese calendar, not Singapore calendar

Salary:

1. S$4-7K per month (Depends on experience and current pay)
2. 1 months AWS
3. Discretionary Bonus (Depends on your performance and company performance)
