JOB SCOPES:
- Assist in helpdesk function for users government apps
- Handle incoming calls from users
- Perform data entry and record management
- Assist users to solve basic technical problems such as password reset
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- O level and above
- Comfortable to work shift hour
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with application will be an added advantages
- Prior call center experience is preferred
