Job Description - Helpdesk Engineer (Up to $2550 + Incentives / 2 Yrs Contract / Islandwide)

Job Description:

Provide Onsite technical support for service & troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and IP Phones

Technical assistance of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc

Supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem

Handling call statistics report

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Information Technology or any related discipline

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT technical onsite support

Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and TCP/IP networking

Willing to be deployed to multiple account (Each day support only 1 location)

Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Associates

Willing to work in 12hrs shift for certain project
