Helpdesk Engineer (Up to $2550 + Incentives / 2 Yrs Contract / Islandwide)

• Provide Onsite technical support for service & troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and IP Phones
  


• Technical assistance of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc
  


• Supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
  


• Handling call statistics report

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Information Technology or any related discipline
  


• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT technical onsite support
  


• Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and TCP/IP networking
  


• Willing to be deployed to multiple account (Each day support only 1 location)
  


• Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Associates
  


• Willing to work in 12hrs shift for certain project
