Job Description - HFT Trader / Strategist Lead

We have an average daily trading volume reaching $1 billion and peak daily trading volume of $9 billion USD. We process over 15 million transactions daily, trading more than 1,000 symbols across major CEx and DEx.

Our team combines expertise in traditional finance, quantitative research, and advanced engineering with a deep understanding of blockchain technology. This unique blend enables us to excel in trading across complex crypto markets, including both CeFi and DeFi, while providing capital and strategic guidance to projects that drive innovation and foster sustainable growth in the crypto industry.

We are looking to hire a senior HFT Trader / Strategist Lead to help drive the next phase of our high-frequency trading business. This role is suited for individuals who have operated in elite HFT environments and possess strong alpha intuition, deep market microstructure understanding, and the ability to scale trading businesses.

What You Will Do

Lead the research, development, and deployment of HFT / ultra-low-latency trading strategies across futures, equities, FX, options, or crypto markets

Identify and exploit short-horizon alpha opportunities using market microstructure signals and order book dynamics

Drive strategy optimization across execution logic, inventory management, signal generation, and risk controls

Partner closely with quant researchers and engineers to improve latency, fill rates, and production performance

Monitor live trading systems and proactively manage risk during volatile market conditions

Mentor and help build a high-performing HFT trading and research team

Contribute to strategic decisions around market expansion, exchange connectivity, and infrastructure priorities

Evaluate new markets, products, and trading opportunities globally

Who You Are

7+ years of experience in high-frequency or systematic trading

Strong track record of running profitable HFT strategies in production

Experience from top-tier proprietary trading firms or market makers preferred

Deep understanding of market microstructure and electronic trading dynamics

Experience leading strategy initiatives or managing senior trading/research personnel

Strong quantitative intuition and data-driven decision-making ability

Excellent understanding of order book behavior, queue dynamics, exchange mechanics, and execution optimization

Proficiency in Python and/or C++ preferred

Ability to collaborate effectively with low-latency engineering and infrastructure teams

Familiarity with statistical modeling, signal research, and real-time trading systems
