This role offers opportunities to learn advanced validation techniques, contribute to product readiness, and grow into senior technical roles.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Test program development\n * Develop and maintain test programs for HBM component validation\n * Deliver on\u2011time test program releases aligned with validation milestones\n * Support test time optimization and parallelism improvements\n * Support test stability and repeatability across sites and equipment\n * Run and debug programs on component validation testers\n * Test Infrastructure:\n * Support test equipment qualification and re\u2011qualification\n * Assist in hardware readiness: handler, socket, loadboard, and probe card setup.\n * Other responsibilities may include (and not limited to):\n * Validating high-speed I/O and assist with eye diagram and signal integrity checks.\n * Deliver through version control, Agile tracking and Collaboration tools.\n * Participate in root cause analysis sessions and assist in corrective action closure.\n * Collaborate across Component Validation team and with cross-functional teams for design validation, execution, electrical failure analysis, lab support and attend technical meetings.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical \u0026 Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related).\n * Knowledge on Computer Architecture/DRAM architecture and flows.\n * Experience in C/C++, Python, Perl etc\n * Understanding of DFT/ functional testing (loopback, MBIST, scan etc).\n * Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment, repository systems and collaboration and Agile project management tools like Confluence, Jira\n * Verilog/System Verilog simulation exposure.\n * Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nProduct Development Engineer 1\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
