ID:\n\nJR94142 HIG HBM PE Principal Component Validation Engineer\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks:\n\nCoordinate with Internal and External Teams on Preparation for Silicon\n\n * Work with Manufacturing teams to ensure resources are available\n\n * Identify HBM Component Validation equipment needs\n\n * Identify and validate HBM Component Validation equipment and testing flow\n\n\n\n\nEnsure that Silicon Meets Product Expectations\n\n * Debug and identify root cause for failures\n\n * Implement fixes for fails (Design or Process)\n\n * Work with Design Validation (DV) and Quality Assurance (QA) Teams on customer returns to identify new tests\n\n * Work with Global Quality Team (GQ) to ensure reliability\n\n\n\n\nPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing\n\n * Create and deliver presentations both inside and outside Micron\n\n * Participate in meetings\n\n * Troubleshoot, develop or validate HBM Component Validation testing programs\n\n * Evaluate data sheets and provide feedback to Application Engineers\n\n * Prioritize work with other groups\n\n\n\n\nProvide Technical Training and Expertise\n\n * Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new engineers\n\n * Instruct on data presentation and techniques\n\n * Assist with data interpretation\n\n * Act as product-specific point of contact\n\n * Attend technical seminars\n\n\n\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Master\u0027s Degree and a minimum 10 years experience, preferably in Memory semiconductor industry, with a balance of both hardware and software skill sets,\n\n * Proven experience working and programming with Linux, Python/C/C++, Verilog, UVM, version control systems (git, svn)\n\n * Excellent circuit and test program debug capability and hands on experience\n * Good understanding of analog and digital circuits to drive root cause analysis - previous memory experience is preferred\n * Hands on experience with different data analytical and scripting tools like JMP, Python\n * V93K or Magnum ATE hands on experience\n * Proven track record of solving silicon issues and driving them to closure\n * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills\n\n * Works well in a team environment\n\n * Good communication, data analytics and presentation skills\n\n * Basic understanding of HBM and/or DRAM operations and computer networking\n\n * Self-motivation and passion\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Engineer 5\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
