HNW Case Manager

The HNW Case Manager supports Insurance Brokers throughout the sales process (pre-sales & post-sales) , ensuring smooth execution of client cases and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Insurance Brokers
• Liaise with Insurance Brokers, Clients and external party to arrange medical appointments and prepare documentations (onboarding and policy)
• Submission of application documentation
• Monitor and update Insurance Brokers on their pipeline and cases, ensuring all sales meetings are accurately maintained in the system.
• Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and insurance company due diligence standards.
• Manage all assigned cases through to completion, including follow-ups and negotiations with insurers, underwriters and Compliance team 

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as Retail/HNW Case Manager
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills to deal with HNW clients
