Market Development Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
Represent the firm at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
To develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the Company’s goals and objectives.
To identify and pursue new business opportunities.
To engage with referral partners and potential clients for the introduction of relevant products and services, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
To refer potential clients to the Company in relation to any products or services.
To establish and maintain strong business relationships and networks with referral partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
To oversee the execution of relevant products and services to clients upon engagement, ensuring quality and timeliness.
To carry out and execute directions, instructions, and business development plans provided by the Management.
To ensure all business development activities comply with the Company’s policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in life insurance business private banking, or wealth planning
Understanding of the HNW client mindset in China, including cultural, financial, and legal considerations will be a plus
Possesses relevant CMFAS Certs
