Homecare Nurse (Hospital/Islandwide/Office Hours) (ID: 659144)

Responsibilities:

• Travelling to patient’s homes and managing their care plans according to physician’s instructions
• Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal hygiene and grooming of the patients.
• Educating caregivers and family members on the aftercare or ongoing care to patients
• Administering necessary nursing procedures such as wound dressing, urinary catheter insertion, nasogastric tube insertion, medication packing etc
• Working closely with doctors to develop improved healthcare plans for patients.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Medical ward  or geriatric experience in community hospital setting will be added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Possess good clinical judgements on patient care and caregiving.
