We are looking to hire a focused Hotel Cook to join our knowledgeable team at PARK VIEW HOTEL PTE LTD in Central Region.

Job Role:

Able to cook local cuisine, Chinese and Western Food.
Preparation and cooking the food according to our café menu to our guest and cooking staff meal to all employees during each working day.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Maintenance high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Oversee the work of subordinates.
Plan, discuss, create and derive new menu items if required.
Other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

Min Primary/Secondary School.
Preferred 2 years of working experience as a chef.
Have leadership qualities, lead an assistant chef for day to day operation.
Have a valid attained food hygiene certificate.
Able to work 6days per week.
Work Location : nearby Bugis / City Hall mrt.
