Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Accommodation & Food Activities (Service Apartment)
• Position Title: Houseman/Cleaner
• Working Location: Orchard
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Rotating shift. Off day will be 1 weekday and 1 weekend)
• Shift 1: 7 am – 3 pm, Shift 2: 12 pm – 8 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2000 (Basic) + OT + $120 (Meal allowance) + $8/day (Night shift allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus (Gross $2500)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure proper cleanliness and care of all public areas and the back of the house.
• To perform all cleaning jobs according to Assistant Housekeeper’s instructions, according to daily schedules and to use all cleaning equipment and products as directed with the utmost care.
• To report any equipment which is unserviceable.
• To be able to lift and transport heavy items as needed and do some heavy cleaning work and handling of heavy machinery.
• Must be able to clean high areas and places such as ceiling and wall.
• To follow company policy with regard to Lost & Found procedures.
• To distribute supplies to floors according to requisition.
• To perform any other duties as and when delegated by the superior.
