• Ability to explain and gather requirements for medium to complex projects.  This includes translating business need to technical specifications and execution of solutions.

• Ability to create and provide detailed documentation and Visio drawings for network and Security designs and configurations.

• Ability to interact with global colleagues, customers and suppliers for problem resolution.  Vendors include infrastructure carriers that provide network connectivity and security technologies.

·       Work within client IT Standard Operating Procedures, best practices and change management policies to ensure awareness, compliance and success of implementations made to the network and security infrastructure.

·       Monitor and report system resource utilization, security posture, trending, and capacity planning.

·       Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

·       Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, DNS, DHCP)

• Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
• Ability to coordinate with the Security team to implement security policy and react to security incidents.
• Assist with security investigations and mitigate security incidents.

·       Bachelor of Science in IT or related engineering fields.

·       5+ years’ experience managing and implementing complex network and security solutions.

·       Certification - at least a Cisco CCNP Security certification, and preferably Fortinet NSE 4 certification  is required.

·       Excellent verbal and writing communication
