Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll processing, weekly employee duty roster, recruitment, work pass management, employment medical examination, OFWAS, IR8A, IR21, WICA, Insurance, attendance & leave, welfare, training, employee matters, etc.
- Monthly CPF, SDL, donations, FWL, FWL waiver submission and other statutory claims such as government paid child-care/maternity/paternity leave and NS reservist make-up claims.
- Main point of contact for all employee relations matters.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Responsible and support management in dealing with employee’s grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
- Preparing annual staff performance appraisal, annual bonus, and salary review exercise.
- Job posting, recruiting, and interviewing candidates.
- Handling of new joiners onboarding, orientation and benefits administration.
- Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. LMS, MOM Surveys, etc).
- Periodic plan and arrange company’s events and team building activities.
- Monitor and purchase office and stationery supplies, etc.
- Maintain and update employees’ P file in Infotech HR system.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant government regulations and labour laws.
- Liaison with government parties for all funds/applications/renewal enquiries.
- Execution of any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field
- Minimum 1 year experience in in full spectrum of HR and administration fields.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Info-Tech Cloud HR System experience is required.
- IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Able to commence work immediately is a plus.
