Job Description - HR & Admin Assistant - Start Now

We are on the lookout for an organized HR & Admin Assistant to join our experienced team at Chong Sheng (M&E) Pte Ltd in Bishan, Central Region.

  • Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Coordinate and assist in day to day general administration and operational matters
  • Ensure all documentation and filling done in a proper manner
  • Maintain inventory of office stationery
  • Handling ISO Audit
  • Submission of claims and scheduling the appointments for meetings
  • Handle order entry processing, quotation, generation and monitoring of deliveries
  • Handling HR related administration task
  • Preparation of Letter of Employment, staff orientation and HR related document
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general
  • Purchase of air ticket / performance bond / accommodation and others arrangement for foreign workers
  • Full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment, post advertisement, leave management, disciplinary action
  • Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation, and warning letter etc
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Any other Covid-related activities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration and handled confidential information
  • Required languages: English and Mandarin 
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, able to meet deadline with good leadership skills
  • Must possess a keen attitude and be a go-getter
  • Immediate vacancy available
  • Able to Multi-task and has good time-management and tasks prioritization skills
  • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Singaporeans preferred
