HR Admin Assistant (Up to $2900 / 5 days / AWS VB) ax98 - Generous Compensation

Summary

• Basic up to $2,900 + VB + AWS
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 815am to 530pm
• Location: Gul Circle

Job Responsibilities:

• Issuing of warning letter and disciplinary action
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions.
• Manage employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, insurance and inquiries.
• Applying for HR grants and internship program (GRT)
• Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations as needed.
• Renewing of company vehicles road tax
• Upkeeping of company vehicles
• Purchasing of general items (cleaning, prayer items and etc)
• Managing on cleaners’ daily routine and task
• Handling company lines (Linkus request and company mobile line)
• Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in Singapore.
