Job Descriptions:
⢠Handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions, in compliance with HR Policies, Audit requirements and legal obligations
⢠Coordinate with HQ on work pass application, cancellation and renewal
⢠Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
⢠Support onboarding & off-boarding of staff, e.g. Orientation, Issue of Contract, Uniform, Locker, Name tag
⢠Perform an array of administrative tasks, e.g. airport pass application, security clearance for sensitive areas, arrange for foreign workersâ medical check-up, issue of employment contracts and letters, maintain employee record and personnel files etc.)
⢠Data entry of employee data, training recordsâ¦etc.
⢠Prepare attendance report with supporting documents and assist in managing payroll.
⢠Track staff movement from hiring to resignation and assist with the staff deployment plan
⢠Work on initiative and exercises like performance appraisals, incentive packages, the nomination of good performers to Client
⢠Preparation of monthly/Ad hoc reports.
⢠Assist in conflict resolution
⢠Purchase stationery items, ensuring all office equipment are working and well maintained
⢠Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
⢠Diploma in HRM or related discipline
⢠Knowledge of Employment Act
⢠Proficient in MS Office Applications
⢠Good interpersonal and communications skills
⢠Able to commence work immediately
⢠5-day work week, 8am to 5:30pm
⢠Able to commit full time work at Changi Airport
