HR Admin Team Lead (Immediate / East / Aviation)

P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading name in the aviation industry and we are looking for the right talent to be a part of the HR team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the team in daily tasks and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Manage the team’s overall work and be accountable for the daily HR operations team
• Act as the bridge between the team and other internal/ external stakeholders to support the deliverables
• Able to identify areas of improvement in processes and actively propose changes
• Develop new Standard Operating Procedures and ensure they are kept up to date
• Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance by providing real-time coaching as required
• Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree graduate with 3-4 years of HR administrative experience
• Able to multitask and good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Have prior experience leading a team
• Able to work with ambiguity and constant changes
• Independent thinker and ability to quickly sort through information and develop appropriate solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Working Hours / Location:

• Mondays – Fridays; 8.30am – 6pm
• Changi Airport
