Job Scope:

HR Admin (Entry Level)

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Handle various HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, documentation, and compliance requirements.

HR Executive 

• Assist employment recruitment and onboarding
• Conduct training and development activities.
• Assist in payroll activities
• Manage employment compensation, benefits and welfare programs.
• Assist in employment performance evaluation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.
