Job Responsibilities
- Assist Assistant HR Manager to co-ordinate the interview of Senior FSS, Supervisors, Executives, etc. Tabulated personality test, organize English written test, site walk round prior to Contract Manager’s interview.
- Provide advice and support for recruitment and selection services; retention and development of site office staff, supervisors and housekeepers.
- Record and be accountable for all consumables supply (i.e. staff uniform, name tag and punch card etc) issued to new staff.
- Prepare, perform and handle all recruitment, interviews, hire new staff, orientation, employment matters and paperwork such as employment letter, confirmation letter, processing of work permit, employment pass of the staff under his/her control according to the Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain effective strategies communications, benefits administration and orientation staff on HR Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare, manage, update and develop systems, plans and procedures (i.e. security access, staff database, budgets, job costing, disaster plan, emergency organization plan, staff’s name tags) to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
- Prepare and analysis the monthly reports for the manpower operational and fiscal activities of the housekeeping department which includes staffing levels, manpower turnover, reports for clients, budgets and financial goals to Contract Manager.
- Establish, prepare and maintain the payroll system, staff goals, and administer staff performance evaluation systems and reviews. Ensure the supervisors have the tools they need to conduct performance evaluations effectively and on time.
- Responsible and monitor for staff scheduling to include on work assignments/rotations, staff training, vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent staff, and shift rotations.
- Provide counseling, handle grievances and to resolve complex or out of operation problems to all staff.
- Liaise with ISS HCD regarding advertisement agencies for job advertisement and manpower supplies for the welfare of the staff.
- Ensure that, the image of the department always reflects the professional image of the company.
- Adhere to the Company’s policies on equal opportunities and fair employment.
- Prepare and submit staff payroll, manpower supplier’s claim and invoices, monthly staff attendance to ISS Payroll. Perform all human resource paperwork.
- Provide interim and annual appraisal reports to assess staff’s performance to determine the training needs and assess the potential of staff to take up higher responsibilities for development or promotion.
- Prepare and submit proposals, fees, contracts, invoices, billings, etc. to Client.
- Undertake any duties/project, etc. as and when requested by Client or Assistant Administrative Manager/ Contract Manager.

- Conversant in Microsoft Office Suites.

- Able to handle stress in a fastpace environment.
