Responsibilities
- To assist with recruitment, onboarding off boarding processes, including job posting, resumes screening, coordination for interviews, all related documents.
- Align with HR framework, to provide support on all HR-related issue
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including leave reports, health insurance, welfare fund admin
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records; ensure immediate filing in share drive
- Coordinate and participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned
- Be updated with the latest employment legislation trends and best practices
Requirements
- Full time Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration
- At least 2 years of proven solid HR generalist experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
